I read stardust on Sunday morning, having owned it and never bothered to open it. it was more than good, if there was a word that could describe it i would've used it several times by now. its good and has a couple twists and quirks. its only about 200 or so pages long, but from what i could tell it is perfect for a good movie adaptation if you aren't one of those idiots who looks for scientific explanation in everything (even unexplainable magical events, which this story has a million of).

i found myself shocked at all the sex and nudity in the book. but it was harmless sex and nudity, which im assuming will be somehow grazed over in the movie. i can see the brothers looking much more sinister in the movie than they are. and i dont know where robert deniro fits into the whole thing... the ship was all about 3 pages of the book.

oh by the way, i have tickets to see the preview tomorrow.
