Well, i got all of yoru text messages on Christmas and i got your emails and everything i didnt ignore them, we've just been busy. my phone was dead for about two weeks and i finally got it up right before Christmas. i missed numerous engagements to see or talk to certain people and there were still a couple gifts here and there that didnt get delivered or handed out. some special ones that i ordered never even came in the mail. all my holiday peoples need to hook up with me and Jamie so we can get back to the way it was before the madness and the silence.

if you look down at my gamertag, you can see that i finally got Assasins Creed. its a very good game, i have been trying to learn some of the tricks and quirks of the combat system as well as how to survive in towns. it feels like everything i do will get me into trouble... very hitman-like... with more exciting action sequences and prince of persia agility and grand theft auto ad libs from the citizens. one of the more fun interruptions in the game is that every time you get in trouble you have to go ninja. run, jump, flip, juke, and hide. i lost my cool black horse 5 minutes after i got it and the storyline is pretty convoluted at this point so i think i spend more time hopping around the city saving people than trying to find the people im supposed to kill. i mustve missed some dialogue when Jamie was stripping our tree down on Christmas for me to throw out tonight (just a bit early). whatever. Swordplay feels wonky, but as an assasin, im not seeing how i should be fighting with swords in the street. i also am kinda confused as to why Altaire (pronounced: Al-Tie-Ear) wears an all white outfit and is considered conspicuous on a horse as well as just walking down the street past the cops. i keep thinking im doing something wrong, but i dunno. ive only been playing for an hour and im extremely confused.. but then again, so is the main character... both his present self and past self. ill post about all the gifts Jamie and i got for Christmas when i stop being obsessed over Assasins Creed's crazy story.

by the way, the picture i used is from the Assasins Crossing comic by penny-arcade. that just makes me laugh more now that ive played it.
