Going to STL really made me feel energized and i was reminded about something that i havent put out there yet that i really should've opened up with in the first place. i have this song's remake by Fatman Scoop as the ring-tone for my best friend Kris and his wife when they call. in the process of waiting for them to return my phone call, i was regretful that i hadn't brought this one up on the vintage Tuesday and Thursdays.

truly, this song is all about energy, and when you listen to it or play it, it gets the people hyped! in all the history of hip hop no song has had the effect this one has on people.

this one is dedicated to Melanee and Willy my cousins in STL. thanks for making our stay in your home city such an excellent time. i love you both dearly. tell Xav i love him and remember to teach him about the good hip hop while he's young.

It Takes Two - Rob Base & EZ-Rock

this was rob base from 1988, and if you don't remember this song or didn't like it, you were not born or your soul was dead and you are a zombie. the group ended in tragedy as Rob was sued to the breaking point for the use of good samples and then the personal issues of DJ EZ-Rock killing them in the end with their final album, "Break of Dawn", unheard and uncharted like a California underground gangster rap album.

on the set the music play, i only cuts the records that i say...
