So ive been trying to loose weight and i havent been very successful. i didnt think much of it the first month, but now i'm very upset. the more i learn, the more i believe that my subtle increase and lack of decrease in weight could be due to stress. i was reading about it at about.com and now im like really stressed out knowing that i could be not losing weight because of stress. I'm constantly stressed out, ill even bet i have high blood pressure at this point. hypertension and panic attacks, extreme moments of aggravation, and twenty more pounds than i should be naturally. ill bet money that stress is going to kill me.
