So i got this text-email from Ray about an article in the newspaper. The article was about a friend of mine that we were pretty close with being brought up on Child Molestation charges. After reading the article and thinking about it all, i kind of went into a funk. It didnt seem like him to do something like that. I always felt comfortable with exactly what kind of crazy we knew he was. it was never anything like this.

so I was on the fence about it all, so i found him online and asked him about it. Now, let me be clear. In my opinion, i cannot accept that he is an actual child molester of any kind. The closest he ever came to any of that kind of behavior was several attractions to underage women. But we're talking 16-17 here. I mean, at age 19-20, is that really a molestation type crime? Oh, and one time he made some pretty "interesting" comments about hillbillies who marry their siblings. But i wont incriminate him with those wild speculations as he may be a strange otaku, he is as much a girl-crazed, (hentai) porn-loving, deviant as any of us gamer-tech-nerds.

me: DOOD! you there?

Guy: Yeah, what up man
me: hey man. what -in-the-hell-happened? you were in the papers and everyone was like selling you out, dood, i just wanted to know the truth from you
Guy: Man, it's some old bullshit
me: tell me about it and ill air it out

Guy: So I'm at the park with my friends son and I'm just babysitting letting him do his thing. And he starts trying to find my cellphone. And he's a very smart kid so he knows I keep it in my pocket. He goes to my left pocket looking for it and I show him it's my wallet in there. But he doesn't believe that's the only thing in there and he puts his hand in the pocket to come up with lint.

Guy: So at this point some nigga comes from across the street yelling at me accusing me of doing inappropriate things with the kid. And at first I try and be cool and I'm like "you have the wrong idea, sorry for the misunderstanding" and he keeps trying to push the issue further. So finally he starts threatening me and I'm just like step off nigga cause you're the one that got everything all twisted. And his dumb bitch across the street is screaming "I'mma call the police!"

me: this sounds like the real story come to life.
Guy: So then THEY leave the scene and I let the kid go back to playing on the park. About 10 min later the police show up and I'm calm and cool and the kid is still playing and we're just chill, they ask me some questions and I let them know what was up and that I was expecting them because of what went down.
And the police had to either call them to come back or they come back all after the fact and finger me, and because of the accusations I get arrested and charged with some bullshit.
me: >_< and youre on your own, like a two year old kid can defend you or confirm an allegation against you

me: it didnt sound like you is what i was saying. its crazy how things go
Guy: I know, Everyone that knows me is like nah that doesn't sound right
me: thats messed up, so much
Guy: Honestly I'm not even supposed to talk too much about it cause my legal team is doing their thing now, but you're a homie from the old school so I wanna let my friends that have faith in me know they haven't misplaced it

Guy: But yeah man, it's been all messed up. My hands start shaking when I talk about it cause I'm that mad. Like these people don't even know me, and you trying to wreck my whole life with this bull
me: yea i know. i can imagine. I had a friend who was constantly getting garnished and attacked for child support and he doesnt have any children. they were trying to destroy him... like "DESTROY" him
Guy: I believe it, Like before hearing something like that would have surprised me, but now I hear something like that and it's just like "That's fucked up that the world we live in would allow for something like that"

some of the comments condemning him on the News site are from people we actually know. while i will confess, he has never made the smartest decisions in his life, having a kid wack him off in public does not sound like one of the more or less foolish things he would do. What a bunch of A-holes. smile in your face and stab you in the back. I wish i could link the article. But i cant, all i can say is that i did already link it on twitter a few days ago...
