Damn manm that sucks ass, If it makes you feel better your not the only one who's gotten their share of rejection letters. I had the same experience with VSP with three hours of interviews and testing and I got a rejection call on my voice mail.

That's pretty much how my experiences with job hunting went this semester -- I'd get the interview, seem to impress the interviewer and even get the "This is where you'll be working, this is where you can do this or that..." speech, and then a few days later I'd get the "We're going in a different direction, sorry" call. It sucks.

yea, this most recent one actually said they were going with a "more qualified applicant". but as usual... im still on file for future job openings.

I hate that line. I want to scream "Don't you give me that bullshit!" every time some ex-potential employer tells me that.

don't worry about it fella, treat it like a night club. you're out there to cop for as many honeys as possible (though you can only take one home at the end of the night), the more women you inflict your generic chat up lines on, the greater chance you have of scoring and bedding a stunner, rejection is just a small part of the process. so what you get a couple of unfulfilled promises and slapped cheeks - they were probably all skeezers anyway...
